Our Rights

Credit System

- • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law

Payment Processing
- • Payments are processed securely through payment processors
- • We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers
- • All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS standards

- • Refunds are processed through payment processors and available as per our refund policy

Consequences

Limitation of Damages
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReColor AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of payment processors and applicable Indian financial regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Razorpay's customer support or file a complaint through their dispute resolution mechanism.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
